Kitchen coaching is a mentoring collaboration in your home.  It's fun, and you'll become a seasonal home gourmet.

Team Building Events at your business work site or team member's kitchen:

• We facilitate employee and management team building events through group food preparation, an ideal team building exercise.
• One to three members prepare each recipe. Typically, the entire group works on 3 - 5 recipes at once.
•  Participants practice timing, cooperation, patience, delegation, communication, organization and creativity.  
• There's a great payoff; a homemade meal to share and discuss after the work is done. And we clean the kitchen.
• It's a delicious way to work together and have fun.
• Various team building themes and recipe skill levels are available.

Team building exercises are limited to the kitchen space and facilities available at your work place or team member's kitchen*. However, unless taking place in a large commercial kitchen, each cooking team event should be limited to 12 or fewer people for the sake of efficiency, safety and teamwork.
