Menus change as local produce comes into and moves out of season. We will strive to keep recipe ingredients as local and seasonal as possible. So, what you see on the menu today may not be available as the seasons change.

COSTS:

Recipe ingredients cost you exactly what they cost us, based on market price. Personal Chef and party services include shopping, food preparation and clean up of cooking area and utensils, on a per hour basis. Team building includes the same except your team does the cooking with chef facilitation.Personal Kitchen Assistance is a mentoring collaboration.  (see pricing).
